The principals of ECI were former senior executives and founders of Equity Capital Holdings, L.L.C. (“ECH”), which was the parking investment and operations subsidiary of Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE:EOP), one of the largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts in the United States. In addition to acquiring close to $500 million in parking assets, the principals were also responsible for the asset management and implementation of a national parking program for EOP’s 100+ parking facilities.

ECI is so confident in its ability to maximize bottom-line results of any parking facility that we are willing to be compensated only on a "success fee" basis. Typically, ECI’s compensation is based on a percentage of the increased NOI that results from the implementation of ECI's strategic objectives.
